In short

We start with the surface and the result you want. Some areas need specialist restoration, some need straightforward cleaning, and some can wait. We assess the materials, recommend work that serves a clear purpose and agree the scope before we start.

 

Understand your property

Tell us what you've noticed and what you want to achieve. Photos are a good starting point, followed by an on-site assessment where needed. We look at the materials, existing finishes, earlier treatments and the condition of the surfaces, and how you use the area and the look you want to keep or create.

 

Agree the work and what to expect

Before work begins, you get a clear scope and price. We explain the preparation and treatment, the result we expect and any limits. Some staining or weathering may remain, and some areas may need repairs or another specialist first. We raise those early, so you can decide with the full picture. We also agree access, timing, coordination with other trades and when treated areas can be used again.

 

Restore

We prepare the surface for what it needs, whether that's organic growth, mineral deposits, construction residue, weathered timber fibres or an unsuitable existing coating. We choose products, equipment and methods to suit the material and its condition. New surfaces may need preparation before protection too.

 

Protect

Once the surface is ready, we apply the agreed protection. For stone, concrete and masonry, that's usually a penetrating sealer chosen around water absorption, exposure to spills and the finish you want. For selected timber projects, we talk through suitable oils and treatments, and we're open about what's still being monitored.

 

Maintain

We explain how to care for the finished work, including routine cleaning and the signs that something needs attention. Maintenance depends on the material, its treatment, exposure and use. For owners who want scheduled care, the Evercare Club provides a tailored programme. One-off projects are always welcome.

 

Coordinate the work

We plan around access, other trades, suitable conditions and the use of your property. On horizontal surfaces, cleaning and sealing is generally done in one visit, weather permitting. Other projects need separate stages or coordination with a specialist. We explain the order before we start, and agree any extra work before we do it.
