Clean and seal at handover
You finish the build. We clean and seal the concrete, stone and masonry so the owner takes over a tidy, protected surface. Cleaning and sealing is all we do, and our schedule books up ahead, so lock in your handover dates early.
What we do

Clean and seal exposed aggregate and concrete drives, paths and patios. This is generally done in one visit, weather permitting.

Clean and seal walls: formboard and precast concrete, blockwork, schist and stone. This includes efflorescence removal before sealing.

Tidy cement haze and splatter from nearby glass, cladding and joinery.
Why builders use us

Fewer visits and less disruption. Our penetrating sealers leave no surface film to peel or blister. Foot traffic is generally fine the next day, and we tell you when each area can be used again.

Traditional handover cleans often use hydrochloric acid, which can damage powder coat & claddings, rust stainless fixtures and draw vanadium stains out of new brick. We use an organic acid that avoids those risks and is suited to the sensitive finishes on newer builds.

Our sealers give more flexibility around traditional weather windows and full cure times. We can seal well before the concrete has fully cured, and we generally clean and seal within a day.
What we can't do
Sealing buys time to clean up spills. It doesn't make a surface permanently stain-proof. We assess the surface first and plan around the weather forecast.
