This inspired the creation of Evercare Property—to redefine how maintenance is handled and deliver the results homeowners and businesses truly want. Matt and his wife Kate, with their young children, proudly call Wanaka home, a place they share long-standing connections with. With backgrounds in Chartered Accounting and property, they understand the value of building trusted relationships with every customer.

With a varied skill set and a knack for problem-solving, Matt arranges tailored property solutions for both residential and commercial clients across Otago. He's previously managed commercial refits, new builds and ongoing property maintenance. He combines his accountancy and financial background with a hands-on approach learned growing up in rural North Otago.
