In short

The Club is for owners who want their exterior looked after without organising every visit themselves. We agree a programme of cleaning and maintenance, schedule the work and coordinate the services included. We keep track of your property and get in touch when maintenance is due. Each plan has a clear scope, planned visits and an agreed annual price spread over regular payments.

 

How most members join

Most members start with a project: a clean and seal, a restoration or a first exterior wash. If you've enjoyed working with us and want to keep the result looking good, the Club is the natural next step. You don't need a plan to book a one-off project, and there's no obligation to join.

 

A plan built around your property

Architectural homes often mix timber, stone, concrete, metal cladding and large areas of glass. These materials have different care needs, and they don't all need attention at the same time. We assess the exterior, talk through your priorities and build a practical programme around the surfaces, their condition and how you use the property. Initial restoration, cleaning or sealing is quoted separately, and the ongoing plan then looks after the agreed maintenance.

 

What your plan can include

• Building washing matched to the cladding and finishes

• Timber maintenance cleaning and surface checks

• Care of sealed stone, concrete and paving

• Roof and gutter maintenance

• Solar panel cleaning

• Exterior window rinsing alongside building washing

• Coordination with window cleaners

• Coordination of pest treatments with an independent contractor

 

Your proposal sets out the services included, how often they happen, and any work another contractor supplies or invoices separately.

 

Scheduled and coordinated

We plan visits ahead, taking account of the work, suitable conditions and access. Where several services are involved, we order the work so it fits together. We agree how you'd like to be updated, including when you're away, and you have one point of contact.

 

Care based on condition

Regular visits let us notice changes in finishes, recurring staining and areas that need attention. We recommend further work according to the surface and what its treatment needs. A timber elevation may need attention before the rest of the house, and a sealed surface may need cleaning but not another treatment. We explain what we find and talk through the options. Restoration, oiling, resealing, repairs and anything else outside the plan are quoted separately and need your approval before we go ahead.

 

Clear scope and pricing

Each plan is priced individually after an assessment. The annual price reflects the property's size, materials, access, how often the visits happen and how much coordination is needed. It's spread over agreed regular payments, so the cost is predictable for the work included.

 

Who it suits

Architectural homes with several exterior materials, holiday properties whose owners are often away, and homes where restoration or sealing has created a finish worth keeping. We take on selected properties where the care suits our team and can be scheduled reliably.

 

One-off projects are welcome

You don't need a Club plan to book a clean and seal or a specialist restoration. We're happy to talk through both options with no obligation to join.
